DAY-TO-DAY

We communicate with most clients almost daily, by phone and email, and record important decisions in Contact Reports. Regular meetings give an opportunity to assess progress and agree the action plan for the next period. This way you are always in touch with progress. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and direct costs/expenses monthly in arrears.
