AURA www.auracustom.com
We were appointed at a time when Aura was keen to raise their profile
to key architect and designer audiences at home and abroad. Recent
developments in the technology around fabric engineering needed
explaining longer life, lower maintenance as well
as the financial benefits of fabric buildings. Capitalising on the
profile of the Millennium Dome as a flagship building, the objectives
were to generate quality leads and differentiate the brand from
the few other serious competitors.
A website was created which was aspirational and featured a photo
library showing the highly photogenic, custom-designed Aura structures
around the world; a sales presenter mimicking the style and content
of the website was produced, and a features campaign was carried
out in the architecture/design press. The overall campaign was highly
successful, and significantly overloaded the sales team with leads.
BROADWAY HERITAGE PLC www.broadwayplc.com
Broadway Heritage is a developer of high quality residential property, ‘beautiful homes in stunning locations’. Appointed by subsidiary company Tosca Capel Limited, our task was to raise the profile of Ascot Place – a high grade residential redevelopment of 14 apartments in an Arts & Crafts style building, in Ascot in Berkshire – while at the same time building the corporate profile of parent, Broadway Heritage.
We actively cultivated property editors on the local press inviting them to the Topping Out and providing information on the formal opening of the building. We devised and ran a charity Summer Art Competition with the local Art Society to paint pictures of the façade of the building. Excellent relationships were built, engendering a strong sense of local involvement. One local artist purchased an apartment as a result. We project managed a bronze commission from the Royal College of Art sculpture school, following the project from concept development, through to production – and held a party to ‘unveil’ the result. Further editorial coverage of the building and the bronze is being sought in property, architecture, and art press, along with pursuing contacts made with the Evening Standard. |
