Once we have the full brief from you, we then carry out further research of our own, before compiling a proposal as to the way ahead. Once we have your approval, we then prepare a detailed breakdown of costs (broken down into fee and operational expenses) and an annual schedule of what will be happening, when.

This plan forms part of the contract to which we attach terms and conditions (in line with guidelines from the PRCA).
